About the Head of UK Operations role: The Head of Nigeria Operations will have the opportunity to lead Service Delivery in Jobjammer. Core responsibilities include: Lead Jobjammer business across Service Delivery Develop, maintain and support the delivery teams through effective performance management Identify recruitment needs and recruit additional talent to support the company growth Oversee the continuous operational improvement of service delivery in the company Collaborate with JOBjammer's senior leadership team on strategic direction for product innovation to support client growth Support the Nigeria team with major projects or client acquisitions. Experience/Requirements needed to become the successful Head of Nigeria Operations: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Service Delivery, Project and Account Management Teams. With at least 10 years working experience in Operations and Commercial Management. The successful candidate will also have strong technical experience and understanding of the software as a service and transaction processing environment.
